Mr. Rakesh Joshi

M.Com., MBA, FCA & DCL from the premier institutes of India with an illustrious overall subject global exposure of over 40 Years with European MNC's / African Continent and Indian Companies holding positions of C.F.O./Vice President and induction onto the Board of Directors for the Companies involved in Newspaper Industry/Manufacture of high precision equipment's (SPM's)/Software/Construction/Medicare and Aviation thereby contributing in system design/transactional flow leading to KPI's with analytical solutions for optimum solutions/outputs.
 


Mr. Vishal Sehgal

B.Com., FCA & ACA (ICAEW.). from the premier institutes of India and England and Wales. A practicing Chartered Accountant since 1998 along with the acquired and bestowed family practice established in early Eighty’s with hands on exposure and interface with Government Authorities on the matters of Taxation – Direct and Indirect – Appeals / Auditing and advisory roles with some of the affluent and well-known names in the industry.
